dirty glasses stained carpet
the hotel location was alright the staff seemed helpful and arranged airport transfers for me
the room was not clean the carpet had stains the bathroom had mold i also found dirty glasses it was not what i expected at all the breakfast was minimal i had to request items that should have been readily available

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that. the location is very convenient, it is in the city center.

The staff were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. My room, a Beautiful Suite, included a small kitchenette. It had a Nespresso machine too! The bed was very comfortable.
The selection of available TV channels was a bit limited.

a gem in every way
attentive staff local markets peaceful location
The staff was attentive. the hotel location offered peace, close to local markets. my room featured a special kitchenette complete with fridge. i enjoyed a garden space beside where breakfast took place. It brought so much comfort.

breakfast had very basic things, however it sufficed. i ate in a little room beside a sweet garden. it has a great mood that makes the start to a day great.

my suite was very large, a dream come true. the bed felt very good and i slept perfectly every night. i had a mini fridge, so helpful for storing chocolates.

The hotel staff offered kindness. they made sure my arrival was smooth, even i got there very late at night. their support was perfect. They helped me with every need.
